DecisionView’s Professional Services include technical account management consultants, implementation, training, and support to help you make the most of the StudyOptimizer application, as quickly and as effectively as possible.

Solution Design

We work with your project team to evaluate your business process, assess your needs, and gather requirements for a seamless DecisionView StudyOptimizer implementation.

Implementation Support

Whether you want DecisionView to largely own the implementation activities or to support your IT team through the deployment, our implementation team will get the application in users’ hands as quickly as possible.

Technical Account Management

Strong leadership is critical to a successful rollout and implementation. Our Technical Account Managers help you meet project objectives by managing the Professional Services team. After implementation, they continue to serve as your main point of contact.

Data Integration and Implementation

Skilled Solution Architects lead the entire implementation process—from data mapping to installation and configuration. With expertise in technical architecture and customer experience, each Solution Architect becomes a trusted partner. They guide the following processes:

  • Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) job creation
